Funeral services for Sherilyn Louise (Leeper) Slofkosky, 49, of Knoxville, who died July l5, 1996, at West Ridge Manor in Knoxville, were held July 15, 1996, at Evans-McCleery Funeral Home in Knoxville.
Burial was at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville.
The Rev. Ken MacLeod officiated at the services. Music was provided by Janet Westberg, organist, and John Crawford, soloist. Pallbearers were Cliff DeMoss, Rodney Martin Art Worrall, Richard Leeper, Dean Jones, Roy Worrall, Paul Mitchell, and Charlie Martin.
Sherilyn was born November 22, 1946, in Oskaloosa, the daughter of Roscoe and Betty Worrall Leeper. She graduated from Knoxville High School in 1965.
She lived in Knoxville her entire life. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Knoxville
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by a daughter, Dyan Lobel of Knoxville; a son, Michael, of Knoxville; a brother, Dennis Leeper of Pella, and a grandchild. Memorials may be made to the Christian Opportunity Center in Pella.
