Services for Dolores June (Coleman) Fields, 52, of Amarillo, Tx., who died Oct. 2, 1961 at Northwest Texas Hospital, were held Oct. 6 at Fielding Funeral Home, Chariton.
Interment was in Chariton Cemetery.
Mrs. Fields was born May 17, 1929 at Knoxville, the daughter of Theodore M. (Ted) and Opal Fern Coleman.
She graduated from Knoxville High School in 1947.
She was married to Junior Lawrence Fields of Amarillo, Tx. on Feb. 7, 1974.
She was preceded in death by her father and a son, Lance Cpl. William M. Clark.
She is survived by her husband and her mother; three sons, Ted Clark of Pleasantville, Mike Clark of Gray, Ia. and Timothy Clark of Chariton; one daughter, Mrs. Harry (Kathy) Simpson of Brooklyn, Ia.; 11 grandchildren and many foster children; and two sisters, Mrs. Tom (Darlene) Conway of Marshalltown, Ia. and Mrs. Darrell (Carolyn J.) Flinn of Iowa City, Ia.
