Cynthia May bare passed away December 13, 2006 in Seattle, Washington.

A memorial service was held in Sumner, Washington on December 17, 2006 and she was interred in Sumner Cemetery.
Cynthia was born December 13, 1919 to George and Grace Hunt in Lovilla, Iowa.

She grew up and attended school in Knoxville.
On June 11, 1939 she was united in marriage to Jack Bare. she worked with her husband in the family drug store until their retirement.

Her family was the most important part of her life.
She was a great mother and grandmother.
Cynthia was very active in the Methodist Church, Eastern Star, Iowa pharmacists Assoc Auxiliary and many community activities
n 2993 Cynthia and Jack moved to Seattle to live with their daughter, Barbara Tobin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Lloyd grandson Bryon, and brother John Hunt, Pleasant Hill.
She is survived by her husband, Jack, daughter Barbara Tobin (Chuck), daughter in law Kathy Bare, and sister in law Ruth Hunt of Pleasant Hill, 6 grandchildren, 11 great0grandchildren, a niece nephew and many friends.

Memorials to Cynthia can be made to the St. Paul Methodist Church in Pleasantville, Iowa.
