Return to Class of 1966 09/13/2024 Dareld Wayne Binns, 76, passed away on Sept 13, 2024 in Sacramento, from cardiac arrest after complications in his battle with urothelial cancer. Dareld was born in Oskaloosa, Iowa and grew up near Knoxville, IA. He was Betty and Emmert Binns’ second of twelve children, and the oldest boy.
