Graveside services for Suzanne Sally (Jennings) Robinson, 59, Overland Park, Kan., who died Sept. 21, 1992, at a hospital in Des Moines, were Sept. 24 at the Woodburn Cemetery.
Sally was born 1933, in Des Moines, the daughter of the late Keith and Nettie Jennings of Knoxville.
Sally was an assistant professor at the Research Medical Center College of Nursing in Overland Park, Kan. She had taught at the college since 1982 and revceived the college's Faculty of the Year award in 1992.
She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Iowa in 1957, and a master's degree in public health nursing from the University of North Carolina in 1965.
She was a member of the Missouri Nurses Association and served on its board. She was also a member of the American Nurses Association. She was a member of the Psychiatric Mental Health Interest Group of Kansas and the Indian Heights United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one son, Kent Royce Robinson of the home; one daughter, Jauson A. Wiltermood of Corning; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Sally Robinson Memorial Scholarship Fund for Nursing Students at the Research College of Nursing.
