Memorial services for Juliet Irene Dawson, 75, of Riverview Manor Nursing Center, who died there Friday of a stroke, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Methodist Church.
Her body has been donated to the College of Osteopathic Medicine and surgery.
Born in Knoxville, Miss Dawson lived in Des Moines 56 years
She worked for the Veterans Administration before retiring 11 years ago. She was a member of the Des Moines Chapter of National Association of Retired Federal Employees and of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.the family suggests memorial contribution s be made to the First Methodist Church.
Hamilton’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
