Services for Wilma Gladys (Moon) Singer who died August 17, 1980, at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines were held on August 20 at Williams Funeral Home.

Interment was in Memorial Park, Evanston, Ill. Rev. William Travis officiated at the services.
Music was by Dawn McKay, the organist.

Mrs. Singer was born April 18, 1912, near Columbia, Iowa, the daughter of Walter and Jessie Bingham Moon.

She was married to David Singer on June 1941 at Chicago, Ill. She was a school teacher early
her life and was a salesperson for Montgomery Ward until retiring three years ago.

She was a member of the First Christian Church and did volunteer work at the Veterans
Administration Hospital and for the Knoxville Congregate Meal Program.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Her survivors include her two sons, Robert L. Schultz of Denton, Texas and David Singer of Arlington, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Stotts of Knoxville and Mrs. Mildred Beebout of
Evanston, Illinois; two brothers, Don Moon of Milan, Illinois and Harold Moon of Franklin Park, Illinois; and ten grandchildren.
