Funeral services for Mrs. Velma M. Call, who died June 1 at her home in Chicago Ill., were held June 4 from Bybee & Davis Funeral home with Rev. Giles S. Card officiating. Burial was in Greenwood cemetery.

Pallbearers were Carroll Price, Wilbur Fee, Russell Freeman, Arthur Shoemaker, R. Mayrose and Dick Barr. Chapel music was provided.

Velma M., daughter of Robert and Ida Marks Wilson, was born May 7, 1900 at Evans, Iowa. She graduated from Knoxville high school in 1921. She attended Michael Reese Hospital school of nursing and was supervisor of the nursing staff;

She was united in marriage to William Call.
Her parents, husband, two brothers and one sister preceded her in death.
Surviving are one niece and two nephews.
