Tyler Charles Mitchell, age 68, of Knoxville, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at his residence.
Tyler’s wishes were to be cremated. A Celebration of Life, with military honors will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the Winfield Funeral Home in Knoxville.
Tyler was united in marriage to Denise Holmes and to this union one daughter: Jill and three sons; Josh, Tyler Jr. and Ryan were born.
Those left to cherish Tyler’s memory include his daughter, Jill Mitchell; three sons, Josh Mitchell, Tyler Mitchell, Jr., and Ryan Mitchell, all of Knoxville; two grandchildren, Reece Johnson and Tristan Noyes; two brothers, Tim Mitchell and David Mitchell; also of Knoxville; and several nieces and nephews.
Tyler is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Adeline Mitchell; sister, Madonna Mitchell; and niece, Dawn Mitchell.
