Services for Beaumont resident Paul Laverne Remy, 66, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Weaver Mortuary Chapel in Beaumont.

Mr. Remy died Thursday, Nov. 5, 1992, of heart disease at the San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in Banning.

Burial will be in Desert Lawn Cemetery in Calimesa. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Weaver Mortuary.

Mr. Remy was born Jan. 10, 1926, in Knoxville, Iowa, the son of Don Leonard & Nancy Anistacia (Ridlen) Remy. He lived in Beaumont for 30 years and previously in Sunnymead.

He owned and operated Remy's Video Electronics for 20 years. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Ethel; a son, Ronald Scott of Beaumont; two daughters, Sandra Lynn (Remy) Streeter, and Debra Joan "Debi" Remy, both from Beaumont; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
