Paul C. Beaver was born on May 31, 1946 in Iowa City., Iowa.
the son of Clyde Eugene and Rosa May Kersey Beaver. He grew up in the Durham neighborhood west of Harvey, Iowa.

Paul attended school at Eureka school near Harvey and Knoxville High School.

He was untitled in marriage with Janice Wolvers in Knoxville, Iowa and to this union three children were born: Melody Ann, Marilyn Kay and Michael Paul.

Marilyn died at the age of six months in 1969. Paul was employed at various places in Oskaloosa, Iowa and each time bettered himself. In April of 1972 he began working for Vermeer Manufacturing Company at Pella, Iowa where he was employed until his health no longer permitted him to work. He moved into Pella from Peoria, Iowa in 1975 and made his home at 909 Union street.

On Sept 25, 1985 he was united in marriage with Ardith Ruth Ryken Westra. They were living at 1408 Country Club Drive in Pella at the time of his death.

He passed away early Morning morning, April 21, 1986 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa at the age of 39 years, 10 months, and 20 days.

Surviving are his wife Ardith, his two children: Melody and Michael both of Pella; his dad, Clyde E. Beaver of Quincy, Illinois; and all his brothers and sisters: Charlels of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Doris, Mrs. Edward Chambers of Oskaloosa, Iowa; Eugene Beaver of Maxwell, Iowa; Teddy Beaver of Knoxville, Iowa; David Beaver of Harvey, Iowa; Deloris, Mrs. Robert Martin of Lawton, Okla; and Grace, Mrs. Dwayne Poe of Oskaloosa, Iowa.

He was preceded in death, besides his daughter Marilyn, by his mom, Rosa May Beaver, who passed away May 31, 1968.

Paul was Baptized and made confession of his faith at the Hickory Grove Bible Camp. At the time of his death he was a member of the First Assembly of God church in Knoxville, Iowa. Paul was an outdoors man and loved nature and God.
