Mary Lou Galvin was born on November 24, 1948, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, to parents Mabel Louise Galvin and James William Galvin. She died on January 4, 2026, in Sun Prairie, Wisc.
Mary graduated from Knoxville High School, Knoxville, Iowa, in 1967.
Mary worked in Des Moines, Iowa, as a clerical worker for Look Magazine and American Republic Insurance Company.
Some of her favorite hobbies included watching game shows and playing cards and board games with her nieces.She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her brother, Gary James Galvin (Lee Gasper-Galvin), and nieces, Marie Nicole Galvin and Renée Danielle (Galvin) Weisensel.
