Mary Elaine (Flaugh) Wunn was born in Knoxville, Iowa on 1927 to Earl Wesley Flaugh and Sarah Viola Woods.
She graduated from Knoxville, Iowa high School in 1947. Mary Elaine married Emory Harrison Wunn and had 3 children.
She passed away on Nov 5, 1996 in Marshalltown, Iowa, 68 years of age.
Mary Elaine (Flaugh) Wunn, 68, of Marshalltown died of cancer Tuesday at home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Pursel-Davis Funeral Home, and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Wunn, a homemaker, was born 1927 in Knoxville and lived in the Laurel area before moving to Marshalltown in 1964. She was a member of Laurel United Methodist Church and the Central Iowa Square Dance Club.
Among survivors are her husband, Emory; two sons, Tim and Rod, and a daughter, Rosemary Wunn, all of Marshalltown; a sister, Mildred Bussing of Oklahoma City, Okla,; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
