Memorial services for Marjorie Grace Larson, who died at Nebraska Methodist Hospital in Omaha Saturday, June 4, were held from the Nelson-Harris Chapel at Holdrege on June 7 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Vernon of St. Luke United Methodist Church of Omaha officiating.

Pallbearers were Arthur Stittsworth, John Stittsworth, Doug Roorda, George Thorell, Arlo Larson, and Michael Murphy.
Interment was in Moses Hill Cemetery in Phelps County, Nebraska.
Marjorie Grace, the daughter of John H. and Iva E. Giles Roorda of Knoxville, was born on January 1, 1926, at Oskaloosa. She was a graduate of Knoxville High School.

She was married to Parke Larson, on May 29, 1948, and they made their home in Omaha, where she moved her membership to the St. Luke Methodist Church from 1st U.M. Church of Knoxville.

Survivors include her husband, Parke, and son, Chris, of Omaha; her mother, Mrs. Iva E. Roorda, Knoxville; sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Stittsworth, Knoxville; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Roorda, Wausau, Wisc.; mother-in-law, Mrs. Ida Larson, Holdrege, Nebr.; sisters-in-law, Mrs. George Thorell, Holdrege, Mrs. Janet Murphy, Grand Island, Nebr.; and brother-in-law, Arlo Larson.

Preceeding her in death were her father and daughter, Susan.
