Larry James Shobe, age 65, died Oct. 28, 2008, in Tangent, Oregan.
Larry James Shobe was born June 29, 1943, in Kirksville, Mo. He served in the Air
Force, including in Vietnam, and in the Iowa National Guard.
In 1966, he married Gayle Kindall-Page.
He moved to Gresham in 2001 and more recently lived in Newberg.
Survivors include his wife; sons, Larry J., Martin G. and Eric D.; daughter, Shelli
N. Cobb; brother, Orin; sisters, Rosemary Applegate, Inez Carter, Martha Dursky
and Geraldine Phillips; and seven grandchildren.
