Keo J. (Smith) Simonian, 72, formerly of Knoxville, died July 25, 2006, at St. Anthony’s
Hospital in Denver, Colo. Graveside services were held at Ft. Logan National Cemetery
on Aug. 8, 2006, in Denver.
Keo was born on Dec. 16, 1934, in Knoxville, to Charles H. and Addie Price-Smith.
She graduated from Knoxville Community Schools in 1952. She went to beauty school
in Des Moines before moving to Colorado.
She married Jacob Simonian on Jan. 18, 1963. She worked for beauty shops in Colorado
Springs and Denver for many years. Then she went to work for Blue Cross-Blue Shield
where she stayed until retirement.
Simonian is survived by her husband, Jacob, of Denver; and one sister, Carroll (Myron)
Gleason of Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her parents.
