Keith Ally Rankin, 64, died of leukemia Friday, July 30, 1993 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
Funeral services were held Monday, August 2, 1993 at Evans – McCleery Funeral Home in Knoxville, Iowa. Dr. Dick Young, Officiating.
Keith was born December 8, 1928, a lifelong Knoxville resident, Keith retired in 1990 as a barber and had been administrator of the Iowa Barber Board.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene; a son, Daniel of Knoxville; three daughters, Debra Gaffney, Diana Harvey and Dena Edwards, all of Knoxville; a brother, Howard of Dayton; a sister, June Fisher of Knoxville; four grandchildren; and a step-grandchild.
Cremation will follow services and burial will be in Graceland Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Oncology Unit at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.
