June C. (Dimmick) Pfander, 82 of Clarinda, died Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 22, 1995 at Community Care Center where she had lived since July.
She was born June 2,1912 at Colfax, the daughter of Irving and Linnie Pease Dimmick. In 1934, she married Allen O. Pfander, who preceded her in death in 1974.
Pfander was a secretary at Davidson Oil Co. before her retirement.
Survivors include her three children: Mrs. Joe (Donna) Sipe, Grand Rapids, Mn.; Joe and his wife Erika Pfander, Thomaston, Me.; and Rick and his wife Beth Pfander, Des Moines.
There are five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Harold and sister Lucille.
Funeral services were Saturday, Feb. 25 at Walker-Merrick Funeral Home, Clarinda, with Rev. Roy F. Fox officiating. Burial was in Clarinda Cemetery.
