Ernest WilfongErnie Leroy Wilfong, of Omaha, Neb. was born, on Sept. 29, 1937, in Knoxville to Forrest Henry Wilfong and Dora Elizabeth Adams
He graduated from Knoxville High School in 1956. He passed away Sunday, October 17, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters; Norma Jean Edwards,
Alberta Wilfong (Jerry) Robuck and four brothers Ralph Edward Edwards, Merrill Louis (Melva) Edwards, of Des Moines, Donald William (Clara) Edwards, and Robert (Doris) Edwards of Knoxville.
Surviving are two sisters, Roberta (Ed) McDonald, and Florence (Fred) Laufler, all of Knoxville; many nephews, nieces, cousins, and a host of friends.
Burial was at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville.
