Doris Lee (Crangle) Yando, 61, of Indianola died of cancer Friday, September 22, 1995, at home. The body will be cremated and memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial of the cremains at I00F Cemetery there.

Mrs. Yando was born, April 26, 1934, the daughter of Byron W. Crangle and Hildreth Needles, in Des Moines and had lived in Indianola many years.

She was a retired church secretary for First Baptist Church in Indianola, of which she was a member.

Survivors include her husband, Daniel; a son, Ed of Indianola; three daughters, Pam Smits of Booneville, Lori Ball of Lacona and Susan Harwell of Texarkana, Ark.; her stepmother. Louise Crangle of Indianola; a sister, Mary Louise Fadley of Woodstock, Va.; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.Doris Crangle

Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
