Robert Hedrick Mark, a native of Knoxville, IA, was born Nov 27, 1927, and passed away in Roseville, CA December 27, 2009, at the age of 82.
Mother: Hazel Blanche Hedrick
Father: Dewey M. Mark
He was employed by the Veterans Administration Hospital in Sepulveda, CA for 43 years prior to his retirement in 1996.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Doris; his daughter, Melinda (James) Dow and son, Todd (Belinda) Mark.
He is also survived by his sister, Dorothy (Mark) Bernard, and his grandchildren, Bobby and Nikki Dow, and Nathaniel Mark.
Friends are invited for visitation Saturday, January 2, 2009, from 12:30 pm-1 pm and to attend his Funeral service beginning at 1 pm, all at Cornerstone Community United Methodist Church, 4495 Granite Drive, Rocklin.
Interment will at East Lawn Sierra Hills Memorial Park.
Services are entrusted to the care of Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel, Rocklin 916-791-2273.
