Barton Keith Oldham passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2000, at the Mercy medical Center in Des Moines due to melanoma at the age of 41.

Barton Keith Oldham, the son of Illa Bernice Clark and Ronald Dean Oldham, was born on November 5, 1958, in Knoxville, Iowa.

He was one of nine children in the family. Barton attended school in Knoxville.

On January 6, 1979, he was united in marriage to Lisa Gaye De Zwarte. To this union three children were born.

Barton was president of Kenny De Zwarte Inc. in Knoxville. He was a member of the Monroe Boxing Club and the Latter Day Saints Church in Knoxville. He enjoyed the outdoors and liked to spend his free time hunting and mushrooming. He stayed active by still wrestling.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa, of Knoxville, three daughters, Nicole, Natalie, and Alyssa of Knoxville; his father, Ronald Oldham, of Monroe; two sisters, Suzanne Johnson of Monroe and Janet Hendrickson of Oskaloosa; six brothers, Camron Oldham of Monroe, Ronald Vance Oldham, of Knoxville, Clark Oldham of New Sharon, Wesley Oldham of Oskaloosa, Shelly Oldham of Oskaloosa and Joseph Oldham of New Sharon as well as many other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death was his mother.
