Services for Ada Jeanette (Holmes) DeCamp, 74, of Knoxville, who died May 26, 1990, at Griffin Nursing Center, were held May 30 at Bybee and Davis Funeral Home. The interment was in Greenwood Cemetery.

Rev. Al Johnson officiated at the services. Music was provided by James Kidder, the organist. Pallbearers were Lee Holmes, Jim Zoutte, Earl Evinger, Dick Carlson, George VanVark, and Burdette DeZwarte.

Mrs. DeCamp was born May 18, 1916, in Marion County, the daughter of Harvey William and Margaret Harsin Holmes. She was a 1933 graduate of Knoxville High School.

On Feb. 24, 1944, at Adel, she married Darrell DeCamp. The couple moved to the Knoxville area in 1950.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989; her parents; and one brother, Lester.

She is survived by one son, Mark of Knoxville; two granddaughters, Kim and JoDee DeCamp of Des Moines; and one sister, Margaret Shoemaker of Longmont, CO.
