Services for Wanda L. Kinney, 74, of Des Moines, who died April 4, 1996, at Hospice
Kavanagh House, in Des Moines, was held on April 8, 1996, at Southtown Funeral Home
in Des Moines.
Burial was at Masonic Mausoleum.
Wanda was born June 3, 1921, in
Moravia, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Main. She lived in Knoxville for several
years and worked for Northwestern Bell. She was a member of Telephone Pioneers.
She is survived by two sons, Elbert Mason of Overland Park, Kan., and Donald Kinney
of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Eileen Mason of Merriam, Kan., and Mary Frye of
St. Charles; seven grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
