Services for Michelle Diane Houser, who passed away March 17 at her home in Tracy,
at the age of 15, were held March 20, 1989 at the Knoxville Regular Baptist Church
with the Rev. Damon Reese officiating.
Music was provided by Helen Price, pianist.
Honorary pallbearers were Scott Beary, Brad Stevens, David Bingham, Toby Nicholson,
Ruben Cornelison and Kevin Stittsworth. Pallbearers were Scotty Thomas, Bobby
Bingham, Rick Bingham, Rich Lambirth, Terry Lambirth and John Stittsworth.
Arrangements
were handled by Bybee and Davis Funeral Home. Interment was in Graceland Cemetery.
She was born Feb. 13, 1974 at Pella. She was a student at Twin Cedars School and
was a member of the ninth grade class.
She was a cheerleader and participated in
track. She was a member of the Knoxville Regular Baptist Church. She was preceded
in death by her maternal grandfather, Thomas Majors.
She is survived by her parents,
Don and Linda Houser, three brothers, Steven at home, and Douglas and Michael of
Ames; sister Diana Brown of Knoxville; maternal grandmother Ellen Haines of Jacksonville,
Ill; and paternal grandparents, Orval and Verna Houser of Knoxville.
Memorials are
to be directed to the youth group at Knoxville Regular Baptist Church.
