Jeri Lou Dailey was born on April 12, 1960 in Knoxville, Iowa, the daughter of Leo
A. and Betty L. (Moore) Cross. She was a lifelong resident of Knoxville.

Jeri had been a bartender at the Eagles Club and also worked at Dollar General and
Walmart. She enjoyed walking and the outdoors and she especially loved spending
time with her grandchildren.

Jeri passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the University of Iowa Hospital in
Iowa City at the age of 52 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and foster
brother, Kenny Lindaman.

Those left to cherish her memory include her partner for life, Randy DeGoey; children,
Brandi Warren, Mandi Dailey, Nathan Dailey, Candi Curry, Randy DeGoey II and Amber
DeGoey; step-daughter, Lora Detling; brother, Ed Cross; and seven grandchildren.

A visitation will begin at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 14 at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. that evening. A funeral service
will be held on Friday, February 15 at 1 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville.
Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of
Nathan Dailey.
