Debbie Sue Farrell was born on Feb. 15, 1959, in Montrose, Colo., to Jim and Lillian
(Cooper) Buzzard.
Debbie graduated from high school in Knoxville, and later attended
Brown Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul, Minn., where she received a Bachelor's
Degree. She then moved back to Knoxville where she was employed at Hormel as a General
Accounting Clerk for over 20 years.
On Jan. 14, 2005, she married Allen Farrell.
Debbie was a very active person and her life revolved around church functions. She
taught Sunday School for many years at the Apostolic Church where she was a member.
She loved the outdoors and traveling, including backpacking across Europe. Most
of all, the light of her life was her son, Nathan.
Debbie died on Nov. 28, 2005 at the
Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines at the age of 46.
She was preceded in
death by her father. Survivors include her husband, Allen; son, Nathan Crozier;
and mother, Lillian Buzzard, all of Knoxville; sisters, Jayme Powell of Beebe,
Ark. and Jill Buzzard of Knoxville; three stepdaughters, Tessa Garcia of Des Moines, Shelly Bingham of Ankeny and Melissa Farrell of Knoxville; three stepgrandchildren
and many other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held on Dec. 1
at the Apostolic Church with Pastor Charles Rutter and Rev. Robert A. Shaw officiating.
Interment was in Graceland Cemetery.

Iowa or the Apostolic Church.
