Rose Ellen (Welch) Exline born September 16, 1921, in Marion County, the daughter of Clyde and Ruth A. (Shilling), Welch.
She graduated from Knoxville High School in 1939 and in March of 1944 she was united married to Orvil Exline.
Rose of Chandler, Ariz. died June 28, 2006.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Three sisters, Beulah (Fred) Kirkpatrick, Lena Cooper of Knoxville, and Hazel Simmons of Phoenix, Ariz.; and one brother, Everett Welch of Knoxville.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
