Vivian “Fee Fee” Alice (Anderson) Ferguson – McPhee, 89, passed away at Adel Acres on January 29, 2008.

She was born in Knoxville on September 12, 1918, the daughter of Mounty Anderson and Sarrah Miller. She worked as a clerical worker at Subco, Inc., Look Magazine, and Communications Data Services. On October 30, 1935, Vivian was united in marriage to Lowell Doss Ferguson.
Vivian loved to play cards and had a passion for poetry and music.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert (1913-1999).

She is survived by her sons, Dwayne (Janice) Ferguson of Audubon, Mel (Carol) Ferguson of Grimes, Michael (Gayle) Ferguson of Des Moines; daughters, Erma (Gerald) Stratton of Des Moines, Judy LeWarne (George Ward) of Des Moines; 20 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

A special thank you to Vivian’s grandson Jeff who was always there for her.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 2 at Meredith Drive Reformed Church (5128 Meredith Drive).

Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Burial will be at the Chapel Hill Cemetery. Memorials to the Adel Acres Staff Fund.
