Vickie Sue (Binns) Meisinger, 70, of Marion, died Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Mercy Medical Center following a long illness. Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church, Knoxville by Rev. Brent Hanna. Burial: Breckenridge Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family at noon on Wednesday at the church.

Vickie is survived by her sons, Andrew Stevenson and Michael (Shayna) Taylor; daughter, Ashley (Josh) Bartlett; eleven grandchildren, Andrew, Victor, Copper, Shannon, Quenton, Jaseson, Jaxon, Kolemon, Whit, Zoe, and Teagen; siblings, Sharon Miller, Dareld Binns, Vonnie Shride, Sandra Renard, Kathie Caylor, Steven Binns, and Cheryl Howell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Alicia Worthington, Pamela Gritts, Dennis Binns, Randy Binns, and many other extended family members.

Vickie was born on June 19, 1954, in Mahaska County, the daughter of Emmert and Betty Binns.

She graduated from Knoxville High School in 1972 and was an insurance agent for American Family Insurance for many years.Vickie Binns

Vickie was a very active member of the Peace Church.

Vickie was a gifted artist and her creations were exceptional. She also enjoyed gardening and taking care of her plants.

Most importantly, she cherished spending time with her grandchildren and will be greatly missed.
