Tracy Ann Huffman was the daughter of James Dean and Judith Ann (Watkins) Huffman.
She was born on August 8, 1959, in Keosauqua, Iowa. She began her education at Van Buren schools and graduated from Knoxville High School in Knoxville, Iowa, Class of 1977. Following her graduation Tracy entered nursing school in Centerville, Iowa and became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1978.
Tracy was united in marriage to James Albert Provenzano on June 14, 1978. To this union two children were born: Sonya Diane and Joseph Paul. Tracy began her practice as a L.P.N. at the Veterans Administration in Knoxville.
Her husband, James, passed away on October 5, 1982, at the age of 32.
On July 18, 1984, Tracy was united in marriage to Charles Guy Weldon. To this union two children were born: Amber Dawn and Charles Michael. They raised their blended family in Pershing, Iowa.
Tracy continued working as an LPN at the Knoxville Hospital and completed her nursing career in different long term care facilities. Her last employment was at the Walmart pharmacy in Knoxville.
Tracy and Charles enjoyed traveling and spending time with their family, especially their grandchildren. After 34 years of marriage, Charles passed away on April 11, 2019, at the age of 58 years.
Tracy coped with the deaths of her husbands by continuing to love on her children and grandchildren.
In January 2021, she was diagnosed with a terminal illness and passed away on March 19, 2021 in Pershing, Iowa at the age of 61 years. Those who will cherish her memory are her four children and their families:

Of her original family Tracy leaves a sister, Trina and her husband, Jim Simmons of Libertyville, Iowa and a brother, Tony Huffman and his wife, Shelly of Webster City, Iowa.
Tracy was preceded in death by her husbands, James Provenzano and Charles Weldon, her parents, James and Judith Huffman, a sister, Tonya Huffman at a young age and a brother, Troy Huffman.
Tracy enjoyed traveling with her husband, Charles Weldon, while he played guitar with the band Phoenix, knitting and crocheting, but most importantly loving on her children and grandchildren. Tracy will be greatly missed by them all.
Funeral services will be held
Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 10:30 am
Williams Funeral Home, Knoxville, Iowa
Interment will follow in the Zion Cemetery at Pershing, Iowa
Visitation with the family present will be Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville, IA
