Toni DesCamp11/10/2007
Funeral services for Toni Renee (DesCamp) Querrey, 53, were Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2007, at the Pierschbacher
Funeral Home in Chariton. Interment was in the Goshen Cemetery following the services.

Toni was born June 1, 1954, in Oskaloosa, to Dwight and Eleanor Des Camps. She graduated
from Knoxville High School in 1972.

In October 1988 she was married to David Querrey. She worked at O'Brien Bros, and
a jewelry store in Des Moines, but she loved her work with the elderly and had worked
at the Lucas County Health Center in Chariton. She had a strong spirit and a loving
heart.

She was patriotic, very active, enjoyed the outdoors, camping, and was always
at peace in a swing or a rocking chair. Toni was one in a million to her family
and especially to her grandchildren.

She went to be with her Savior on Nov. 10, 2007, at the Kavanagh House in Des Moines.
Preceding her in death is her father Dwight.

Toni is survived by her husband David of Chariton; her mother Eleanor Des Camps
of Knoxville; children: Craig Allen of Kansas City, Jacob Ryan of Des Moines, and Eric Mathew of Des Moines; siblings: Richard (Peggy) Des Camps of Cedar Rapids,
Myra Kolpin of Newton, Rick (Linda) Des Camps of Knoxville, Randy (Marilyn) Des
Camps of Knoxville, and Audrey (Larry) Bumgardner of Knoxville; step children: Chris
(Hannah) Querrey of Chariton, and Shawna (Jered) Van Dyne of Russell; 5 grandchildren;
aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
