Funeral services for Stephanie Ann Lodge, 18, of Knoxville, formerly of Osage, who died Saturday, March 2, 2002, at Knoxville Area Community Hospital, were held Wednesday, March 6, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Meyer. Rev. Joseph Schneider officiated at the services.
A memorial mass will be held Friday at 5:30 p.m., at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Knoxville. Inurnment will be at a later date.
Stephanie was born on November 16, 1983, in Mason City. She was the daughter of Larry Lodge, Jr. and Phyllis (Martin) Lodge. She attended kindergarten through 12th grade at Knoxville.
She graduated from Knoxville High School on January 11, 2002. 
She was currently attending Kaplan College in Davenport.
She is survived by her parents, Phyllis Lodge of Knoxville and Larry Lodge, Jr. of Newton; brother, Matt Lodge of Davenport; maternal grandparents, Bill and Barb Martin of Riceville; maternal great-grandmother, Sybi Shaw and husband Cy of Yuma, Ariz.; and paternal grandparents; Larry, Sr., and Mary Lodge of Nashua.
Arrangements were made by Champion – Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage.
