Roy Tucker3/19/1960
ConRoy Tucker, 1504 Main, Pella, Iowa, passed away at this home Saturday evening,
March 19, 1960, at the age of 62 years.

He was born the son of Walter and Elizabeth Martha (Moon) Tucker Nov. 17, 1897, at
Knoxville, Iowa and was a graduate of the Knoxville High School entering the service
in 1917 and served in the U.S. Navy during World War I.

On Feb 12, 1921 in Des Moines, Iowa he was married to Nellie Van Veen, and to this
union three sons were born; John Boyd of Pella, Sephus of Cleveland, Ohio and Robert
in the U.S. Navy. Surviving besides his wife and 3 sons are one brother, Robert
of Knoxville, one sister, Mrs. Ontween (Marie) Vilont of Knoxville and 7 grandchildren.

He was preceeded in death by his parents. Funeral services were held at the Garden
Chapel Furnel Home Monday, March 21, with the Rev. John Griesbrecht of Knoxville
and the Rev. Thomas Boslooper of Pella officiating. Interment was at the Oakwood
cemetery, Pella.
