Dr. Roger C. Scott, 62, died at his home in Bradenton, Fla. on Sunday, March 21 1976.

Dr. Scott
was a native, of Knoxville, a graduate of Knoxville High School and was graduated
from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1938. He practiced
in the Knoxville vicinity for 27 years and worked for seven years with the United
States Department of Agriculture.

He was a life member of the Iowa Veterianarians
Association and served on the city council and school board. He was member of the
chamber of commerce, Pine Knolls Country Club, the Methodist Church and a charter
member of the Rotary Club.

He also was a member of Oriental Lodge 61 A.F. & A.M.,
York Rite Consistory, Za Ga Zig Shriners of Des Moines, past president of the Knoxville
Shriners Club, and a member of Gulf Shriners Club of Bradenton, Fla.

Survivors include
his wife, Faye (Bonnie) of Bradenton, Fla; one son, Reid Scott, West Des Moines, one daughter, Mrs. Leonard
(Janee) Garrett, New York City, and four grandchildren.

Services will be Wednesday
at 2 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church at Knoxville with Dr. Leonard E.
Deaver officiating and burial in Graceland Cemetery.

Masonic services will be accorded
by Oriental Chapter 61 A.F. & A.M. Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the Evans McCleery Funeral
Home.

Friends may call at the Evans McCleery Funeral Home until noon on Wednesday.
