Ralph Edmond Bryant, Jr. passed away June 13, 1978 while on his way home to Lincoln, Nebraska.

Funeral services were held June 17 at Williams Funeral Home. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery Lovilla. Ralph, son of Ralph E. and Wilma (Clark) Bryant, was born September 10, 1947 at Albia, Iowa.

He attended Knoxville Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1965. He attended Simpson College and graduated with a BA in 1969 and from Drake University in 1976 with a Masters Degree in Education.

Ralph (Rebb) was united in marriage to Janice Kerr of Newton on January 23, 1966 at the First United Methodist Church in Newton.

Ralph found employment at the Woodward State Hospital for two years following his graduation from Simpson. He then took employment in 1971 with the Vocational Rehabilitation Center in Des Moines where he worked until May 1978.

The family moved to Lincoln, Nebraska where he was employed as a Unit Psychologist in the Beatrice State Development Center.

Survivors include his wife, Janice, his son Ralph III, daughter Kimberly Sue, his parents, Ralph and Wilma Bryant of Knoxville and his sister,
Sherry Kay (Kenneth) Howe.
