Mrs. Floyd Amsberry died at the Collins Memorial hospital, in Knoxville, Monday, July 19, 1943, aged 33 years, 10 months and 24 days.

Myrle Wynn, daughter of John and Sydna Wynn, was born in Moberly, Mo., August 25, 1909. On October 29, 1927 she was united in marriage to Floyd Amsberry, who survives.

She also leaves her mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Brady, and one sister Faye, and her husband, John Kool., and one step-sister and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Corwin Reynolds and their two children, Byrle and Benny, who looked to Myrle as a second mother and her father-in-law, Ernest Amsberry, who had made his home with Myrle and Floyd since 1929, and several aunts and uncles and other relatives and a large circle of friends.

Most of the life of the deceased has lived in and near Knoxville. where she graduated from the Knoxville high school with the class of 1927, and then taught a term of school in the Sumpter district.

She was a member of the First Christian church and before her marriage served as pianist for the church and Sunday School.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, from the Knoxville Christian church, conducted by her pastor. Rev. Marvin M. Pigg. Interment was in the Asbury cemetery northeast of Knoxville.
