Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) at Bybee & Davis Funeral Home for Marvin Lloyd Agan, 27, who died of carbon monoxide poisoning Saturday, January 18, 1975, afternoon.

Agan, who resided at 1306 North Brobst, died while repairing a tractor in a garage at the Agan family farm south of Knoxville. He was found by a member of the family.

A 1965 graduate of Knoxville High School, he was united in marriage to Colleen Miller on Sept. 17, 1966. Marvin had been associated with Agan Plumbing & Heating since his return from service with the Air Force in 1972.

Survivors include his mother, Madge; his wife, Colleen; two sons, Kenneth and Curtis; and a brother Gordon.

He was preceded in death by his father, Don, in May 1974. Travis officiating
Burial was in Graceland Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were Darrell Werts, Rodney Fawcett, and Jack Hollingshead.

Pallbearers were Dave Lewis, Dave Brooks, Gary Clark, Gary Cowman, Robert Burton, and Dennis McDonald. Mrs. Lois Anderson was the organist.

Marvin Lloyd, son of Howard Donivan and Madge Burch Agan, was born Oct. 6, 1947, in Knoxville.

He served in the air force from 1966 until 1972 after which he joined his parents and brother in the plumbing business.

Services were conducted by Rev. William Travis, with burial at Graceland Cemetery.
