Funeral services for Marion (Trumpy) William Miller, who died Feb 18, 1975 at Collins Memorial Hospital were held Feb. 20 from Arlington Chapel with Rev. Kenneth MacLeod officiating.
Burial as in Graceland Cemetery under the direction of Evans-McCleery Funeral Service.

Odd Fellow rites were accorded by Knoxville I.O.O.F. Lodge 90. Casketbearers were J.G. Guillion, Lester Dearinger, Howard Hunt, John Burnett, Raymond Shilling and
Herman Roberts. Mrs. Lois Anderson was the organist.

Marion William, son of James F. and Cora Conrey Miller, was born Dec. 28, 1910 in Iowa County.

He attended Knoxville public schools graduating from high school in 1929.

On Jan 12, 1932, he was united in marriage to Alpha Burch. He was employed by Natural Gas Pipeline in construction work prior to 1956.

Later, he and his wife operated the Miller Mobile Home Park. His parents; one brother, Leroy; and an infant daughter, Cora Ann preceded him in death.

Surviving is his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Marilyn Smith of Chariton, Mrs. Jim (Janice) Douglas of Corydon, Mrs. Ron (Linda) Rees and Mrs. Marvin (Colleen) Agan of Knoxville; and ten grandsons.
