Services for Goldie Marie Anderson, 79, who died June 17, 1980 at Collins Hospital were held June 19 from Williams Funeral Home.
Interment was in Gosport Cemetery, Marion County.
Rev. M. H. Mooberry officiated at the services. Music was provided by Joan Arnott, organist and Gordon M. Arnott M.D., vocalist.
Pallbearers were Thomas Anderson, William Dennison, Junior Dennison, Don Dennison, Dan Dennison and Bert Dennison.
Mrs. Anderson was born August 11, 1900 in Marion County, the daughter of Flora and William Aaron Dennison.
She was married to Levi Ray Anderson on March 1, 1922. They farmed in Marion County until 1965 when they retired to Knoxville.
She was a member of the Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ray, three sons, James, Loren and Howard all of Knoxville, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
