Landon Mark Crabtree, age 33, of Knoxville, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on June 25, 2022, in Johnston, Iowa.
Visitation for Landon will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Knoxville from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with his family present to greet friends and relatives. A rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. A funeral mass will take place on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at 10:30 A.M., also at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Burial will be held at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville.
Landon was born on December 23, 1988, in Boone, Iowa, the son of Mark and Rita (Reed) Crabtree. He attended Knoxville High School, Class of 2007. Following school, Landon was employed as a concrete worker locally and later worked at Pella Corp.
Landon enjoyed motorcycle riding, fishing, and sprint car races. He was an avid Iowa Hawkeye and Green Bay Packer fan. Landon’s greatest joy was spending time with his family.
He was deeply loved and will be missed by them all.

Rita and Mark Crabtree; step-father, Dan Roth; brother, Adam Lombardi; sisters, Sarah Crabtree (Loren Young) and Carlie Crabtree; step-sister, Brooke Stinson; step-brother, Cody Roth; daughter Ava and her mother, Megan Williamson; grandmother, Ruth Schlotterback; and many beloved relatives and friends.
Landon is preceded in death by his grandparents, Merle Schlotterback, Gerald and Louise Crabtree; Aunt Nancy Kingery; and longtime friend, Cary Wells.
