Keith Asa Milner was born October 16, 1913 in Delaware, Iowa to
Amelia or Mellie A Rankin and Asa Clyde Milner.
He graduated from Knoxville Iowa in 1930 and married Martha Catherine.
Keith died on 24 December 2001 in San Diego, California.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by two sisters Lorna Jane (Max) Schakel of Pella and Maxine (Howard) Naeve.
