Kathleen “Kay” (Aldrich) Mathers, 92, resident of Apple Valley, CA for 29 years, died July 17, 2015, at home surrounded by her loving family.
Kathleen was Military Veteran- Army: Air Corps in WW2
She was born, on November 21, 1922, the daughter of Aimee Foidel Aldrich Morrow.
She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Rufus Lincoln ” Bud” Mathers, her sister Christine Pendleton and brother Clinton Keith Aldrich (b.1935-d.2011)
Kay is survived by sons Michael (Donna) and Daniel (Lorraine), both of Apple Valley, daughter Monica Mayer of Lebanon, Kansas, eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in the Garden of Valor, Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Apple Valley on Saturday, July 25, 2015, at 3:00 pm.
Friends and family are invited to a celebration of Kay’s life immediately following the service at the home of Dan and Lorrie Mathers.
