Funeral services for Janice Kay Anderson, 52, of Knoxville, who died December 24, were held December 27, 1999 at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville.
Pastors Bob Seibert and Corwin Fee officiated at the services. Music was provided by organist, Darlene Mooberry, and vocalist Charlotte Wilson. Burial was at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville.
Janice was born on August 15, 1947, the daughter of Marcilene Nola Wallace and Frank Elmer Bittner, in Oskaloosa, Iowa. She was one of six children. She grew up in Knoxville and graduated from Knoxville High School with the class of 1965.
On December 31, 1975, she was united in marriage to Larry Ray Anderson in Knoxville. They made their home in Knoxville where Janice worked at the Super Value for 23 years.
She was active in her church and had been a Sunday School teacher. She enjoyed shopping, baking, and making candy for the holidays.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and a sister. She is survived by her husband, two sisters, and a brother.
