Jane Lucinda (Beem) Wilson, 86 of Knoxville passed away August 21, 2007, at the Knoxville Area Community Hospital in Knoxville.
Graveside Memorial Services will be Friday, August 24, 2007 at the Pleasantville Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor David Abbott, officiating.
Jane was born January 23, 1921 in Pinchey, Iowa, the daughter of Ray and Mary (Walker) Beem. She grew up around the Pinchey and Red Rock area.
In 1939 Jane married Samuel T. Wilson and to this union three children were born: Dixie, Tom and Tim. They spent most of their married life in the Knoxville area, with 10 years in Oklahoma. They moved back to Iowa in 1989.
Jane was a past member of the H.O.A. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and sewing.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband, a son-in-law, Doyle Birkenholz, 3 sisters, 2 brothers and 4 sisters-in-law.
Those left to honor her memory include; children, Dixie (Wilson) Birkenholz of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tom and Brenda (Kindley) Wilson of Knoxville and Tim and Midge (Anderson) Wilson of Osceola; five grandchildren, Wayde and Kelli (Gould) Wilson, Kelly Wilson, Melissa Birkenholz, Jeff and Teneya (Hudson) Birkenholz and Chad Wilson; six great grandchildren, Sydney, Hannah and Sarah Wilson, Dalton, Brody and Lucas Birkenholz.
