Services for Graydon F. Keeton, 77 of Tucson, Arizona, who died July 14, 1984 at
Saint Joseph's Hospital in Tuscon, were held July 16 at East Lawn Mortuary Chapel.
Internment was in East Lawn Mausoleum. Reverend Michael D. Smith of St. Mark's Presbyterian
Church in Tuscon officiated.
Mr. Keeton was born July 19,1907 in Saskatchewan, Canada,
son of the late Dr. and Mrs. A. F. Keeton.
He grew up in Knoxville, was a member
of the First Methodist Church and graduated from the Knoxville High School. He attended
Grinnell College, where he was a member of the Northwestern University in Evanston,
Illinois, where he affiliated with the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, was a member of
the Northwestern University Men's Glee Club, and a cheerleader for the University
football games.
He was a member of the New Comen's Society of North America for
25 years. He worked with General Electric and Ford-Philco in sales capacity for
many years. HP completed an eight year association with Robo Corporation in their
European offices in 1973, and retired to part time real estate work with Mi Casitas
Development Corporation in Tucson.
He is survived by his wife, Agnes of Tucson,
daughters Alice Keeton and Jane Stroud of Tucson, Mary Petillon of Palos Verdes
Estates, California,
