Funeral services for Gladys Irene (Scheele) Colvin, 68, of of 13550 Medinac Lane, Seal Beach, Calif., who died, Friday, Jan 16, 1970 were held Jan 20 at Long Beach, Calif., with burial there.
Gladys was born, 1902, in Des Moines, Iowa.
Father: Fred F. Scheele b. Feb 3, 1871 d. Jun 17, 1957
Mother: Pearl E. Carter b. Aug 8, 1875 d. May 4, 1932
She united in marriage to Lester Lamman Colvin of Knoxville.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lester who died Dec 21, 1968.
Survivors include a sister Mrs. Clarence (Charlene) Bryan and a brother Otto Scheele of Knoxville and brother-in-law Harold R. Colvin of Bell Gardens.
Service Tuesday 3:30 p.m. Mottell’s Mortuary Chapel 3rd & Alamitos.
