Dwight Tom Robuck, age 86, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at his residence in Knoxville, Iowa.
A Celebration of Life with military honors will be held at a later date.
Dwight was born on September 6, 1937, the son of Icle and Letha (Alen) Robuck. He grew up in Knoxville and graduated from Knoxville High School.
Dwight was united in marriage to Carolyn “Pat” Patricia in 1957 at her parent’s home. He joined the United States Army in 1957 and proudly served his country. Following his time in the military he was employed at Maytag and worked there until retiring. Dwight then worked for Elk Rock State Park.
Dwight enjoyed hunting, especially bow hunting and buck skinning. His greatest pride was his family and he enjoyed spending time with them. Dwight was deeply loved and will be missed by them all.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Pat Robuck; children, Peggy Robuck, William Robuck, and Allan (Kathy) Robuck; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and sister Carmelita (Dick) Darnell.
Dwight is preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Dwaine Robuck and Patricia Robuck.
