Donald Frederick Langebartels, 82, of Indianapolis, went to see his Heavenly Father on Father’s Day, June 21, 2015, surrounded by his family.
Don worked at Lilly and for a private architectural firm, before being called to the ministry at Zion Lake Christian Center in North Vernon, Indiana.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Doris; children, Jan Woodall, Dave (Martha), Tom (Wendy), and Joe (De); grandchildren, Mary (Jay) Cunningham, Nathan (Ashley) Woodall, Philip (Candace) Woodall, Bekah (Grizz) Stivers, Sam (Alison) Woodall, Tommy (Whitney) Woodall, Sarah (Kevin) Webster, Anne (Josh) Ward, Ben (Jenna Louden) Langebartels, Joel Langebartels, Chris (Emily) Langebartels, Jesse (Abby) Langebartels, Bryce (Jana) Langebartels, Bradley (Lori) Langebartels, Justin (Janna) Langebartels, Grant (Laura) Langebartels, Garrett (Shea) Langebartels, Clayton (Katelyn Lafayette) Langebartels, Kristin 
Langebartels, JJ (Lauren Latinovich) Langebartels, Amy Vore, Kay Langebartels, and Julie Langebartels; and 23 great-grandchildren, with 3 great-grandchildren on the way.
A Celebration of his Life will be held at 4:30 on Sunday, June 28 at Horizon Christian Fellowship, 7702 Indian Lake Rd, Indianapolis. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until service time.
