Dianna Lynne (Binns) DeMoss/Lapp was born September 3, 1953 in Oskaloosa, Iowa the daughter of Gayle W. and Carole M, (Newquist) Binns.
She graduated from Knoxville High School with the Class of 1971. Following high school, Dianna enlisted in the United States Air Force. She served four years and was honorably discharged in December 1975.
Dianna then attended Santa Barbara College, taking courses in Art, French, Art History, and Horticulture. In her spare time, Dianna enjoyed reading, growing plants and flowers, and practicing her French.
Dianna passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at her home at the age of 64 years.
Those left to cherish Dianna’s memory include her sons: Dustin DeMoss and Blake (Shawna) Lapp; parents, Gayle and Carole Binns; twin sister, Debora Essick; brothers: Daniel (Kelly) Binns and Dana Binns and many other family members and friends.
A Funeral Service for Dianna Lapp, age 64 of Knoxville, will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bybee & Davis Funeral Home.
Burial, with military honors, will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Turning Point of Oskaloosa.
